Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle compliance related matters to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards, including Sony policies and local government policies. 
  • Prepare the company's overall contracts from start-to-end process, by coordinating with the designated legal department (DLD) overseas and internal departments. 
  • Coordinate with DLD to review any matters within Sony that is related to legal and compliance, e.g., asking for approvals for the company's activities or legal advice on certain issues, etc. 
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and policies, e.g., provide training via e-learning platform, sending Code of Conduct reminders each quarter, etc.
  • Handle other assignments as instructed from the manager, e.g., translating and reviewing accuracy of documents, drafting official e-mails or announcements, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Political Science, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in Compliance, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English (TOEIC score 700+ is preferred).
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have great attention to detail.
  • Able to handle paperwork and document related to compliance under a limited time.
  • Have service mind, able to support work of employee relations.
