Energy Conservation Policy
Sony Device Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. an advanced technology manufacturer of semiconductor which recognize that Energy management for global environment conservation is our prioritized responsibility. We shall manage and conserve energy continually in order to improve and optimize efficiency of our activities.
Pursuant to our commitment for Energy and Environmental Conservation including utmost energy utilization, we shall;
- Comply with all applicable Regulations related to Energy Conservation and energy management legislation and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand as we as Sony Group Environmental Vision*.
- Continually develop and improve appropriate energy management system by adopting the Energy Conservation as an integral part of our business;
- Set up annual objectives and targets of Energy Conservation;
- Promote Energy Conservation as a responsibility and supporting the energy conservation activities by appointingan Energy Management Team within the organization;
- Hold regular Energy Management Team meetings, disseminate relevant information to all employees and allocate appropriate resources in order to achieve the objectives and targets
- Review and update policy, objectives and targets annually through the Management and Energy Management Team.
This Energy Conservation policy shall be communicated to all employees for acknowledgement and proper implementation as well as be made available to the public.
Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Policy.
- Aim at the industry-leading environmental performance, and to create the profitable era from the environmental contribution.
- Provide the consultation and promote the participation of employees.
- Enhance environmental, occupational health and safety suggestion, education and training including communication to increase awareness, knowledge and cooperation among all employee.
- Provide adequate and appropriate resources to implement environmental, occupational health and safety management system.
- Contractors must comply with Environmental and Safety laws
