Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible maintenance of machines and production equipment (including maintenance planning).
  • Responsible for machine trouble reports and provided services and a suggestion for basic machine issue.
  • Analyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
  • Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment failures.
  • Responsible for evaluation reports and provided basic parameter of machine issue.
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
  • Test and approve new equipment before handing off to production.
  • Installation and improvement machines with vendors, support supervisor and manager create department's work sheets or any documents that relate with Equipment Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechatronics engineering, mechanical engineering.
  • 0-3 years of work experience in Electronics business field. (Fresh graduates are welcome.)
  • Basic knowledge about PLC software (OMRON, KEYENCE, Mitsubishi).
  • Basic knowledge about servo motor & servo driver (Mitsubishi, YASKAWA. IAI).
  • Able to work and handle under pressure well.
  • Good command of English. (TOEIC score 500+ will be a plus.)
