Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Quality Management in terms of customer handling (requirements, complaints and improvements).
  • Contact and coordinate with external customer and motivate internal to improve quality from customer's quality criteria or standard.
  • Failure analysis of customer's failure sample.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in electronic engineering, industrial engineering or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of work experience in quality assurance field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in Written and Spoken English (TOEIC score 600+ is preferred).
  • Have a well coordination and interpersonal skills for both internal and external department.
