Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monthly Payroll data entry (attendants, overtime, leave) of employees.
  • Update employee’s status, profile (new, resign, dismiss and changes) into payroll system after approval.
  • Report accurate personal Income Tax for employees together with monthly pay.
  • Provide information and proposals to control overtime of operator and workers. (Weekly)
  • Prepare all reports require by revenue Department related to employee income tax.
  • Coordinate ISO and all related matters to ISO under HR & Admin. Department.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Other assignments from the managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, political science, industrial psychology or related fields
  • Minimum 1-5 years of compensation and benefit experience or HR related field. 
  • Strong team player and excellent communication.
  • Good interpersonal, positive attitude, service mind.
  • Can do attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and having TOEIC score is advantage.
  • Familiar with Peopleplus Software would be advantage
