Job Description

Define reliability requirements and develop reliability qualification plans for new product, including setup of laboratory environment.
Manage and perform reliability test to meet customer's requirement via ongoing/periodical reliability plan.
Qualify product of design, process or material changing to achieve customer requirement.
Perform root cause analysis to understand and seek solution to apply failures of products.
Improve and ensure product's durability and reliability to meet customer's needs.

Bachelor's Degree of Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or others related.
Basic knowledge of semiconductor product, material engineering, and electrical/electronic circuit is required.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good command in English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC score 600+ is preferred)
