Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle compliance related matters to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards, including Sony policies and local government policies.
  • Coordinate with all departments to conduct company events and activities to ensure they are conducted under good planning, implementation, and budgeting control.
  • Ensure consistent ER processes and documentations are well maintained.
  • Coordinating with employee to receive complaint, and issue for finding solutions.
  • Arrange the meeting with the Welfare committee, Happy Workplace committee and prepare the minute of the meeting, reports, and follow up.
  • Support jobs of HR Dept. assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry and in Multinational Company will be an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of labor law, RBA, and Code of Conduct, PDPA.
  • Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score at least  600).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Law or related fields.
  • 1-5 years of experience in Employee Relation or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team.
