Manage and handle compliance related matters to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards, including Sony policies and local government policies.
Coordinate with all departments to conduct company events and activities to ensure they are conducted under good planning, implementation, and budgeting control.
Ensure consistent ER processes and documentations are well maintained.
Coordinating with employee to receive complaint, and issue for finding solutions.
Arrange the meeting with the Welfare committee, Happy Workplace committee and prepare the minute of the meeting, reports, and follow up.
Support jobs of HR Dept. assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry and in Multinational Company will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of labor law, RBA, and Code of Conduct, PDPA.
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score at least 600).
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Law or related fields.
1-5 years of experience in Employee Relation or related fields.
