Responsibilities

Conduct orientation to the new comers.
Handle end to end training programs from identifying training needs, developing training program and executing training initiatives for both corporate office and frontline staff.
Responsible for soft skill training programs and assist hard skill training courses.
Prepare, coordinate, and record training materials including classroom and e-learning training courses.
Design and expand engineering training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
Build annual engineering training program and prepare teaching plans.
Evaluate the training performance, and conduct action plan for enhancement/improvement.
Do report and summarize the training report to Government organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Education, Engineering Education, or related fields.
0-5 years training and development experiences.
New graduate are welcome to apply.
Good command of English, both written and spoken. (TOEIC 550+ is preferred)
Knowledge of electronic or mechanical engineering is required.
Good command of computer literacy, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
