Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To perform superior's assignment competently and confidently.
  • Prepare man, machine and material for manufacturing.
  • Follow up daily production progress, report and action to achieve the target.
  • Plan, review, monitoring and analyze quality, operation, cost and productivity for making improvement plan and action.
  • Ensure the compliance of production lines or products under responsibility with international standards (e. g. ISO 9001, IATF16949, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering or related fields.
  • 0-3 years of work experience related in factory's production supervisor (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good analytical and communication skill, able to work underproduce, able to overcome challenges (can do attitude).
  • Having team mindset; able to motivate subordinate to cooperate and achieve the goal.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
